Dainese technology has developed the Neck Collection: articulated support for the neck that accompanies its every movement and provides support against the wind in order to provide safety and assurance without precedent in any riding position. The Collection is based on a system of jointed pads that reflect the shape of the cervical part of the spinal column and accompany the body during all its movements on the bike: in the maximum speed position, the Neck support contracts and follows the neck inward, whereas in more relaxed, touring position, the Neck support reaches its maximum extension in length in order to support the neck and increase riding comfort. There are two versions of the Neck support depending on the number of composite pads: The Neck 4 support offers four cervical neck support pads; the Neck 6 support features another two lateral pads that support also the shoulders, a part of the body that is particularly stressed during long journeys.
